The Timber Pro solution

The nine-acre undulating timber ceiling required a finish system that could meet rigorous fire code requirements without compromising the natural beauty of locally-sourced Douglas Fir. Our Ember Guard foundation layer provided Class A fire protection with zero smoke development, while our LSS finish enhanced the wood's natural warmth and character while providing exceptional UV protection.

The project's commitment to sustainability and local sourcing aligned perfectly with TimberPro's eco-friendly approach. Our ultra-low VOC formulations contributed to the terminal's excellent indoor air quality while our plant-based ingredients supported the project's environmental goals.
