Internal Concrete Sealer
Do you struggle with damp basement walls or floors during rainy seasons, leading to a musty smell or freeze-thaw damage? Or maybe a chalky residue is emerging from your concrete? Unlike surface treatments that only address superficial moisture, our deep-penetrating sealer tackles moisture within the concrete's core. This advanced formula undergoes a chemical reaction with the concrete's alkali content, forming a gel that crystallizes into a glass-like silicate material, filling pores and rendering the concrete nearly impervious to water.
Our sealer is a clear, water-like solution that is easy to apply by brushing or spraying. As it reacts and crystallizes, it may also expel surface contaminants such as oil or biological residues, which can then be cleaned off. While it is not a crack filler, it is an effective preliminary step in waterproofing projects that involve sealing cracks and joints.
Please note: This product should not be used on colored or stained masonry where the appearance is critical, nor on aggregate, CMU block, or natural stone, as it may alter the color and finish.
