Return Policy

All tinted stains—including Deck & Fence, Log & Siding Smooth, Log & Siding Pro, and Paver Stain formulas—are custom tinted to order and considered final purchases that are not eligible for return, so we encourage you to order samples first. However, unopened and untinted products may be returned within 30 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for both the cost and the arrangement of the return shipping.
